Low-poly cats

Why cats?

This technique, if it can be called a technique is usually used a lot in portraits and it does look amazing when it’s applied in that context as well. But I thought, why not use cats? Their fur has many different tones and hues, which I believe makes cats  good subjects for low-poly work.

I fotographed a bunch of cats around my place and I tought that it would be interesting to create some low poly pictures based on these photos. These are the first two. If you need the files for some kind of project or you want to know how to make these, just let me know.

looks amazing !!! Love those cats ! I also did one portrait but it didn’t end up well. I guess my polygons were too big for that 😦 and I got lost with eyes too 😦
